Day 1 you'll learn the roots of SMP, scalp anatomy, safety and client consultation techniques. You'll setup your machine and pigments, and get hands on practice with dot work to start building your confidence and precision.

Day 2 takes your skills to the next level with The Picasso Blueprint™ pattern design, botched and scar correction techniques. You'll observe and practice full pattern execution with layering and blending techniques that set elite artists apart.
Live Model Work & Business Accelerator
Day 3 you’ll work on real clients under Picasso’s guidance, learn how to launch your business, build your brand, sell your services. You'll receive your official Leaders Academy Certification and Graduate!
2-DAY MASTERY DESIGN
For Artists with 1 - 2 years experience

Before your training begins, you’ll complete the required online course covering all core SMP theory, skin anatomy, technique, safety, and tools.

Day 1 focuses on advanced design techniques and corrections. You’ll learn The Picasso Blueprint™ and patent pending hairline artistry. This skill based mastery is designed to improve your individual artistry and technique to perfect your craft.
Live Client Work & Mastery Certification
Day 2 you’ll work 1:1 on real models with Picasso’s guidance for advanced technique application and design. You’ll receive Mastery certification and leave equipped with advanced skills further your SMP career.

Do I need any experience to take this training?
No prior experience is required for our 3-Day Core Certification training. This includes tool setup, safety, technique with hands-on practice, SMP correction and care for alopecia and scar camouflage designs, the business accelerator and more!
Our 2-Day Mastery Design training for Artists with at least 1–2 years of experience. This training provides advanced skill-based application, design, and is tailored the individual artist to help improve their craft. This training also includes an online course requirement.
What’s included in the training course?
Each course includes hands-on training, a professional Full SMP Kit, live model work, certification, and access to our exclusive online portal and support community.
Will I get to work on real clients?
Yes. We offer live model practice so you gain real experience under the guidance of a certified instructor.
How big are the class sizes?
We keep our classes small and intimate to ensure each student receives personalized attention and hands-on guidance.
Do I receive a certificate upon completion?
Yes. Upon successful completion, you'll receive an official Leaders Academy Certification recognized globally.
